PVC Plate Tinting Pigment Color Preparation

To replace the imported products, Shanghai Caison independently researched and developed a new pigment paste product--PVC coloring pigment paste. It can replace the masterbatch used for traditional PVC tinting.

CAISON brand CU series PVC pigment paste is produced by carbon black, superior red pigment, yellow pigment which is added into liquid carrier with appropriate surfactant, and making the stable dispersion,then complete it to be suitable for PVC sheet molding of various types of plastic Products.

The characteristics of CAISON CU series PVC tinting pigment paste:

2. High temperature resistance up to 300℃,  stability storage, no precipitation;
3. Good compatibility, is the best choice for PVC plastic processing and coloring;
