High Performance One-bath Textile Pigment Dyeing Color Paste for Garments  CD-1120 Red

Applicable Range of pigment dyeing paste:
These pigment dyeing paste products are applicable to dyeing of gray fabric and clothing of pure cotton or linen. Textile printing and dyeing pigment color paste, CTH-5000 Special Black pigment color paste for fabric dyeing

In the end of September 2015, American customer sent us a black polyester fabric swatch, required us help them to solve the problem of dyeing process. This piece polyester swatch is extremely dark, Ms. Chen who comes from CAISON Technical Department checked the customer's fabric and standards and said that it was not dyed by general textile dyeing process, simple water based pigment color paste could not reach so dark staining, it should be dyed by disperse dyes. But the customer told us that the disperse dyes could not be chose to dye the fabric in his email, because there are no related dyeing equipment with high temperature and pressure, they didn't complete high temperature and pressure fabric dyeing by disperse dyes. 

So how to achieve this dyeing effect under normal temperature? CAISON Technical Manager Mr. Li discussed and searched some professional information with Ms. Chen, then they made so many times of dyeing tests by liquid pigment color paste in following month. At last, Ms. Chen found one way to work out it: new carrier dyeing. Firstly, dyeing the polyester fabric with disperse dyes in normal temperature, then dyeing it again by CTH-5000 Special Black pigment color paste. Finally, we reached the dark black the same as customer's standard fabric. The American customer was very satisfied after receiving our testing report about polyester fabric dyeing.
Currently the customer had ordered small quantity of CTH-5000 Special Black pigment color paste for trying. At the same time, CAISON Technical Department received customer’s praise.
